HRGO are currently recruiting for Night Parcel Sorters/Warehouse Operatives working in Hatfield Business Park. This is a great opportunity working for a leading postal & distribution services company with Long term/permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
As a Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for identifying, sorting & transporting Parcel as they come off the convey belts. This is a physical demanding job role as the weight of some of the parcels can be up to 30kg. This job role does require you to be on your feet for long periods of time.
After completing 12 calendar weeks of service with HRGO the pay rate will increase to £15.14 per hour. After completing 6 calendar months of service with HRGO the pay rate will increase to £16.25 per hour.
Experience working in a warehouse as a picker, packer or sorter or any physically demanding related role is desirable but not essential.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week with extra hours available. You must be able to commit to one of the shift patterns below as once you have been given your roster we cannot change allocated shifts.
Monday - Friday 18.00 to 2am - FT
Monday - Friday 20.00 to 4am - FT
Monday - Friday 23.00 to 7.30am - FT
Own transport is desirable as job role is situated in Hatfield Business Park.
