Oaklands Global is rapidly becoming a leading international provider of executive search, permanent and contract recruitment services working with some of Aviation & Aerospace’s leading companies globally.

2019 welcomes the inception of our bespoke training academy and with aggressive expansion plans over the next 12 months, we are now seeking two trainee recruitment consultants for a June 2019 start, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

So, if you are a self-motivated and dynamic individual with proven sales ability and keen to build a career with fast promotion opportunities and uncapped earning potential, then we want to hear from you.

From day one, you will undergo industry leading in-house training through our 12-week training academy and be partnered closely with one of our top-billers where you will have the responsibility of managing your own fast expanding client base, building mutually beneficial relationships with businesses and candidates alike.
