Peak Performance Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a key client to recruit an experienced Technical/ Engineering Manager.
This role is within an industry leading operation that can offer a challenging environment and progression to the right person..
The Technical/ Engineering Manager ensures a periodic check of process and procedures for Engineering/ Operations. He or she ensures a compliance review of all manuals in accordance with Ops and Tech regulation. Project management and supervision are part of the tasks.
The Engineering/ Technical Manager validates internal documents and updates processes and procedures of the Engineering Services (Ops / Technical).
He or she will be in relation with Quality / Tech and Ops Managers / Training Managers.
As Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of:
Ensuring that procedures set by Tech and Ops Engineering are properly managed and followed
Reviewing the manuals and ensure that it complies with its regulation, and all relation with other services is properly managed.
Management of all Transversal projects, and performing the management of changes (Extension of Operational scope, Implementation of new process, procedures)
Reviewing and acceptance of all manuals performed by Engineering in accordance with internal procedures.
Developing the Processes and Procedures which might be needed by regulations.
