Description:System Engineering Position at the Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, CO. The candidate must be able to facilitate requirements definition across these diverse disciplines, working closely with the design teams responsible for software, electrical, mechanical, and support activities. Develop mission analysis and conops. Develop and analyze requirements. Support architecture definition, design, test, and field support activities through full system life-cycle.

Duties may include coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Candidate should possess good verbal and written communications skills, particularly in support of customer support.
The candidate will be required to perform analysis to quantify the impact of operational concepts (CONOPS), system design, payloads, and tactics, and force size/mix on survivability and mission effectiveness, as well as perform analysis to support requirements definition, concept of operations evaluation, operational and cost effectiveness studies. Responsibilities will include executing trade studies utilizing constructive engagement and/or mission simulations, quantifying Measures-of-Effectiveness (MOEs), analyzing simulation results to draw meaningful conclusions, preparing reports/briefings and presenting analysis results.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering from an accredited college or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.

•Interested in requirements derivation and decomposition.
•Experience developing Concepts of Operations documentation
•An understanding of the system lifecycle process
•Proven drive and initiative
•Microsoft Tools Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
