If you have a true passion for Development Engineering then look no further – This may be the position for you! We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of SW Development Engineer (embedded real-time SW) based in Taufkirchen, Germany.
You would be joining a leading global aviation organisation that offers a diverse range of services worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Design, Implementation and Validation of embedded real-time SW in the domain Space Systems matching the given quality and performance requirement according to Airbus engineering processes.
Detailed tasks:
- Transformation of System SW requirements into detailed SW requirements
- SW Design ( task scheduling, I/O, functional algorithms )
- Analysis of embedded/real-time implementation constraints ( memory size, CPU load, deadlines )
- HW/SW interface design ( I/O, interrupts, timing )
- Implementation of SW requirements ( coding )
- HW/SW integration - HW ( JTAG ) & SW ( gdb ) debugging
- Support to Verification activities ( coding rules, metrics, code coverage )
- Execution of SW validation activities ( unit testing, functional testing )
- Configuration control of SW and validation elements
- Generation of SW documentation
- Work according to defined SW process ( Airbus internal and ECSS )
