Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) is the largest provider of Fly-In-Fly Out charter services in Western Australia and has considerable experience operating both Charter and Regular Public Transport (RPT). Servicing small and remote communities, our guests can experience Virgin Australia’s award-winning product and services across our regional network.

About the role:

The VARA Supply team is responsible for managing VARA’s aircraft spares and related equipment, ensuring parts are available to support with aircraft maintenance operations.

We are currently seeking applications for full time and casual Supply Officers to join the team.

This role will see you:

* Carry out receipt inspection of incoming and outgoing Aeronautical items IAW company procedures

* Maintain segregation of respective aeronautical products as required by regulators & company

* Ensure products come with the appropriate documentation acceptable as per company & regulators requirement

* Pick, Pack and despatch of, serviceable/ unserviceable and or exchange/repairs items

* Update Maintenance Information System on all transactions

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate;

* Experience in warehouse or logistics, ideally within Aviation

* Knowledge and understanding of warehousing principles and policies

* Basic understanding of Aeronautical Products and Control

* A customer focused approach with strong communication skills

* Excellent organisation and time management with exceptional attention to detail

* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products

* A current Forklift licence
