Role Purpose

Review and support Head of Procurement Strategy & Governance in monitoring procurement initiatives across Group Procurement.

Key Accountability

Identify and execute implementation of procurement policies and governance framework.

Support development, implementation, monitoring, and review of all governance and control policy related material for categories on procurement strategy and performance improvement.

Support the development and updating of all policies, procedures and processes across Group Procurement.

Conduct roadshows and communication pertaining to procurement policies, procedures and processes.

Update database of all procurement policies, procedures and processes as a central point of reference.

Qualification

Degree- Any field, preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain Management

Working Experience

4 -Work experience in similar roles in multi-national companies

Skill & Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end procurement process including related technology and automation, tender process and sourcing process.

Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple business units and at the leadership levels.

Leadership, results focus, creativity, project management, change management, adaptability and strong communications skills are critical.

Building effective partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
