KBRwyle is seeking a Strategic Planner in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program management Office. Candidate will be responsible for helping plan Long Range Vision by researching Army future requirements and integrating with the current UAS mission. Develops policies and procedures to support UAS Business Operations (SPAR, POM, WSR, etc.). Identifies issues in operational processes and procedures across UAS and develop recommendations/solutions to resolve problems. Applies knowledge of organizational structures and relationships to plan, organize and develop studies or projects across UAS. Develops staffing and funding guidance recommendations for the execution of UAS Office and fielded operations to inform Business, Logistics, and Tech Chief on the fulfillment of support needs. Responsible for assisting the functional directors with future system relevancy by coordinating with external offices and agencies to identify capability gaps and improvements to benefit Warfighter requirement execution. Develops or update strategic plans and implementation approach to coordinate concurrences with external offices and agencies. Responsible for assisting the government customer with the development of requirements and management of programs involving Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) including the management of cost/schedule/performance in support of multiple highly technical programs.

Qualifications

Candidate should be an experienced senior level individual with extensive knowledge in Army Aviation activities with recent experience in strategic level planning, problem solving, and resource and program management. Knowledge and experience should include aviation, intelligence, special operations or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) staff and operational positions, and a thorough knowledge of Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) structure and staffing processes. The candidate must be results-oriented with a strong track record of performance in high-paced organizations, with extensive experience synchronizing people, tasks and resources to accomplish objectives. Effective communication skills with substantial presentation experience to senior military and civilian officials are critical. Must be experienced and comfortable with interfacing and coordinating with multiple customers, primarily PM UAS, HQDA and OSD, to support the successful definition, demonstration, and implementation of UAS strategic initiatives. A Secret Clearance is required for this position.
