Overview

We are looking for a Bonded Store Supervisor to assist in the efficient running of the bonded store, including all products and processes associated with easyJet contract and ensure that all stock is correct as per AMOS and Quantum.

Responsibilities

* To perform stock check cycles and control of aircraft spares in the bonded stores following the correct procedures.
* To generate and collate reports advising findings to the Bonded Store Supervisor or other internal stakeholders as directed by the Bonded Store Supervisor.
* To ensure the warehouse is secure and is kept clean and tidy in accordance with Health & Safety and 145 compliance standards.
* To locate aircraft parts and updating the stock system(s) accordingly.
* To assist colleagues with the resolution of stock queries as required and under the direction of Bonded Store Supervisor.
* To scrap parts in accordance with the approved process.
* To assist / take direction from the Bonded Store Supervisor on any other task as reasonably required by the needs of the business.

Person Specification

* High attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Reliable
* Intermediate IT skills (Amos and Quantum knowledge desired)
* Able to work on own initiative
* Car owner/driver – essential due to location
