Job Role:
This role will be responsible for implementing our MES and QMS solutions at manufacturing plants. This role will partner with multiple product owners to develop and execute a cohesive product vision by providing feedback on site processes and needs. Your priority is seamless integration of our MES applications from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Functional Leads at the plants, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.

* Develop and execute Implementation Plans and Execute them
* Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer needs and associated outcomes
* Understand personas and the importance of UX design to create user stories to feed product backlogs
* Partner with DT and functional stakeholders to help define and align product strategy to business needs
* Partner with other GE business to share and leverage re-use opportunities
* Ensure operational excellence of product portfolio, including outcomes, velocity, voice of customer, cost, etc.
* Stay current with market trends, enabling technologies, and business digital strategy
* Manage resource allocation and budget
* Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products
* Own the execution plans for sites and deliver on the promised dates
* Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
* Contribute to managing the backlog of MES product; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
* Work with the appropriate site focals to understand enhancements and bug fixes that need to be prioritized
* Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer and our products roadmap to minimize total cost of ownership while maximizing value realization
* Work with MES Product Owner to document gaps and assess potential application fits for the business with a goal of reducing our application footprint
* Act as L3 support for MES systems as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development / information technology / Product Management function

* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
* Must be willing to travel up to 30%
