Job Role:
The Prepositioning and Marine Corps Logistics Services (P&MCLS) program is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and U.S. Navy.
We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter Liaison for our Jacksonville, Florida location.
Position Responsibilities
* Liaise with military installations, develop and execute military recruitment strategy.
* Develop staffing strategy for critical hard to fill positions.
* Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, and ability to fit in the organization.
* Assist managers and supervisors in selecting the best-qualified candidates.
* Coordinate employment offers with applicants, HR Coordinator and On-boarding department and ensure applicant pre-hire requirements are completed.
* Provide applicants pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, wages and benefits.
* Assist in gathering and analyzing staffing data to reduce time to fill rates and drive process improvements.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience. In lieu of a degree, 15 years of related experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Experience recruiting candidates with a military/maintenance background.

General working knowledge of related HR disciplines.

Familiarity with government compliance laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Intermediate experience using Microsoft office suite.
*
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
*
Process orientated with a strong focus on customer service.
*
Flexible – ability to adapt to changing priorities and/or work environments.
