Position: Sr Manager
Location: Jammu
Qualification: Graduation from any stream with BASIC & AVSEC courses certified by BCAS
Age: 30 - 45 Years
Key Requirement for the Position Responsible for effective implementation of security function at his location with compliances of related policies and procedures.
Job Description Will report to Director – Security. Will function as Director – Security in his absence
Be overall in-charge of administration, operations and security equipments of his station and other airports – West & South region.
Will coordinate all security operations within his/her network.
Conduct regular checks and audits- network wide on the security practices in accordance with BCAS
Ensure meticulous implementation of security programme, Quality control programme and the SOPs procedures related to all areas of operations.
Maintain all training records of the security staff and update it from time to time.
Receive inputs on serviceability equipments, initiate action and follow up.
Interact with external agencies like Police, BCAS, BDDS and initiate actions whenever required. Attend BTAC/APSC meetings as and when required.
Motivate and guide the staff for following correct security handling procedures and keeping abreast of latest changes.
Identify training needs of his team, and ensure all have valid BCAS Avsec certification.
