This position is part of the Aerospace Government Sourcing Compliance team and reports to the Sourcing & Procurement Compliance Manager. The position involves balancing multiple priorities on a routine basis, considerable coordination, teamwork and follow-through to meet deadlines. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

Deliver Productivity and Working Capital Objectives
Ensure Supplier Performance to meet Quality and Delivery Objectives
Effective Supplier Relationship Management
Audit Purchase Orders and Long Term Contracts via the Honeywell Internal Procurement
Audit Surveillance System (I-PASS)
Manage Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits
Develop and socialize Aero policies and procedures
Develop and lead new training programs that effectively engage buyers and commodity
managers
Instruct, mentor & coach commodity managers and buyers on Price Justification and Cost/Price Analysis
Other tasks as required

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting, procurement or audit role with respect to U.S. Government
* Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements

* Demonstrated skills in attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task
* Strong computer and software skills working with MS Suite products
* Proficiency in US Government related requirements to maintain purchasing system compliance
* Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
* Working understanding SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
* Green Belt, Black Belt or LEAN certification
* CPM/CPIM certification
* Demonstrated success in exceeding goals

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
