About The Job

This job is a member of the Customer Experience and Innovation Delivery Organization within the Customer Experience Division. Responsible for researching delayed and/or misplaced property in order to reunite customers with their belongings in a timely fashion.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Responsible for inventory of contents in customer luggage in order to return property to owner

* Researches lost and found property in order to locate owner to return the property to

* Utilizes programs such as NetTracer, WorldTracer, ePNR, and Chargerback locate customers that may have lost property

* Captures baggage and lost and found data to help stations improve performance

* Teams with other departments and airlines to return property to customers

* Helps maintain organization within the warehouse by scanning and shelving property for continued research

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED equivalency

* 1 year customer service experience

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

* Ability to be detailed oriented

* Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects such as bags

* Ability to be self-motivated and a team player

* Ability to interact with both internal and external customers

* Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Airport baggage service experience

* Knowledge of NetTracer, WorldTracer Baggage System and Shares

* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
