JOB SUMMARY

Develop, price, support and review program service P&L’s for assigned Region. Maintain and control all customer specific service price lists in addition to financial support of Marketing, Sales, and DSS. Other related financial activity as required as noted below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pricing Control:

* Responsible for all customer service pricing activities including, but not limited to new customer proposals, renewals and service pricing updates.
* Verify that uploads by marketing are legitimate awarded programs. Review and resolve any open issues prior to Finance approval in accordance with the Pricing Control QOP’s and Best Practices documents.
* Support and train marketing users as required in the pricing of services.
* Understand and ensure compliance with sox pricing control audit procedures.
* Host/Participate in the monthly regional pricing control meetings

Program P&L and Marketing support:

* Support the marketing, sales, and service groups as it relates to on-going sales proposal activity as required.
* This includes, but is not limited to the creation and review of service P&L’s, participation in the P&L review calls, and preparing financial summaries of programs for senior management approval.
* Maintenance of program P&L documentation and P&L templates as required.

Other Duties:

* Provide first point of contact for P&L/pricing issues to assigned Region.
* Ad hoc analysis as required.
* Promote and help lead continuous improvement and automation in the P&L and pricing areas.
* Attendance at P&L reviews, weekly activity meetings, and other meetings as needed and required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills with finance, Regions, local group staff and customers.

* Uses professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
* Works on problems of moderate to diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

* Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
* Ability to think innovatively and proactively.
* Knowledge of SOX compliance.
* Advanced MS Office knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion for planning and reporting preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* B.A. or B.S. degree in accounting or finance required, MBA preferred.
* Certification preferred.
* 5-8 years of advanced financial analysis/planning/accounting
