Join us as a Service Delivery Center Supervisor and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in San Francisco, California.

As a Service Delivery Center Supervisor, you will supervise both exempt and nonexempt employees at a Service Delivery Center to successfully operate and maintain the system in accordance with the customer contract requirements and Bombardier policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and direct the work force to build and maintain efficient and effective work teams compliant with customer contract and Bombardier Transportation processes.
- Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures to maintain system operations.
- Actively support the Safety Committee and all Healthy, Safety and Environment initiatives.
- Direct the development and administration of training programs for the enhancement of work team skills.
- Enforce all Company safety rules and promote positive safety culture.
- Supervise and enforce site configuration control policies and procedures.
- Manage, control and ensure that certifications are maintained up-to-date.
- Exhibit excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Associate’s Degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
