General responsibilities of the position: Acts as Aftermarket Lead to ensure implementation of potential design opportunities to drive world-class engine Dependability on an exciting new Program. Defines and drives initial implementation and improvement requirements at the module level based on legacy product MFA, Flight Test experience, and end user experience. Participates in corrective actions for field issues, special investigations, and product testing. Responsible to meet maintainability and reparability deliverables, on-time and on-target. Applies scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub¬systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating condition within the Specific Responsibilities below.

Seasoned professional contributor. May manage small projects or processes. Has advanced knowledge of work area. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. Specific responsibilities of position: Dependability specialist:
Lead reliability, maintainability and reparability deliverables, including MSG-3 analysis.
Lead Single Engine IFR process.
Support engineering on MMEL and TLD definition, considering airworthiness, maintenance and availability impact.
Support creation and validation of company ICA, customer training courses and co-Lead technical development of SpotLight knowledge Base Support other modules as required.
Launch and lead screen team and reliability process during flight test phase and into EIS.
Lead cross-functional team of internal employees throughout the testing phase to modify and adjust Availability Model to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years experience
· Master degree with 2 to 5 years experience

Field of studies: Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Additional Information: Project management et focus on results are key competencies in this role
