WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO IN THIS CRITICAL ROLE:

Create own and drive product roadmaps including 3-5 year security service(s) product development plan to maximize return on investment. Guide security service(s) products from inception, through development to production and to maintain competitiveness. Develop the Market Requirements Document (MRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD) - capturing the requirements deemed critical for market acceptance, including the cross-section of customer needs and input, evolving systems requirements, latest market and industry technology trends, as well as competitive benchmarking and analysis. Advocate products with customers through the definition phase and collect feedback. Work closely with Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations teams to successfully drive all products from product definition to development through to end of life. Identify and resolve issues which inhibit implementation of product commitments. May have budget responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE:

Service Product Line Management
* Develop business requirements, Go To market strategy, sales strategy and costing/pricing forecasts for Security service/product lines as well as driving activities to accelerate the security pillar objectives and product offerings.
* Understand the aspects of our customer’s business which applies to our company’s products and services.
* Work closely with security engineers, customers, operations and sales teams to develop detailed product requirements and specifications for the security services offerings.
* Define product offering and capabilities aligning customer requirements, target markets, user personas and company strategy.
* Work with central and LOB management to understand business commercial strategy and prioritize product roadmaps according to our commercial and risk / control objectives.
* Generate business cases for extensions and enhancements of services and products.
* Create, identify, and continually refine service plans (requirements, phase in/out plans, target market, segmentation, product marketing, sales strategy, pricing, roadmap) that provide the best return in terms of customer satisfaction, long-term company growth (sales and profit), and technical solutions.
* Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customers to oversee the design, development, integration, and test of product line(s) as an integrated part of a complete solution.
* Must have experience in managing services, hardware and/or software team in a matrix type of organization.
* Must have strong business & financial acumen and financial Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams focusing on delivering new or upgrading existing products.
* Continually monitor and negotiate commitments to ensure smooth rollout (development milestones, introduction rates, offer ability, etc.).
* Maintain current status of customer requirements for existing and future products.

Communication
* Assure Product Line plan is communicated, understood and implemented internally throughout PAC.
* Participate and present in select meetings with airline customers and airframe manufacturers.
* Participate in system/product discussions by either capturing product directives or presenting product requirements.

Partner Relationships
* Manage relationship with our business partners and suppliers.
* Assure service, product and business plan is well understood in both companies.
Issue Identification/Resolution
* Identify and resolve any issues which may inhibit implementation of the plan and on-time delivery.
* Identify and resolve any obsolescence, End of Life (EOL) and phase out plans.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* Advanced expertise in Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies, tactics and strategy to protect, detect, respond and recover from attacks
* Deep fluency in national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry
* Seasoned command of multiple disciplines, optimizing Cybersecurity products and services through the lifecycle
* Recognized expertise in Cybersecurity and Agile, creating competitive advantage through the application of leading-edge technologies and methodologies
* In depth knowledge of consumer product management required; preferably with outcome-based solution experience.
* Strong financial and business acumen required
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and a diverse range of internal organizations via all methods of communication.
* Ability to negotiate and drive customer priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a Business to Consumer Product Line from initial research through execution.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams supporting a product or product line lifecycle and is recognized as a company leader in this regard.
* Ability to articulate product marketing requirements for their implementation.
* Ability to effectively influence multiple constituencies internally and externally without direct organizational management responsibility.
* Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
* Proficient in the use of mainstream PC desktop applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Project).
* Works on diverse to complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
* Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, and developing business strategy
* Excellent presentation, communication and customer skills
* Having a wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
* Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
* Uses independent judgment to ensure projects/assignments are completed accurately and on-time and may be tasked with ensuring work of others is completed in a timely manner.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* 4-year degree
* Bachelors degree
* Security Professional Certification (CISSP) desirable or the ability to obtain in the first 6 months after hire.
* 7+ year’s in Data Security or Privacy/Regulatory Compliance or Technical Management field.
* 7+ years’ experience in Risk/Compliance/Vendor Risk Management environment.
* MBA preferred.
* Exposure to IFEC or avionics airplane installation projects, airline operations and/or electronics manufacturing is nice to have the MSO (Multiple System Operator) or DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite) market preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Up to 25% travel time, domestic and international
