Job Purpose:


 

Assisting the Senior Manager Quality Assurance in developing, administrating and control of the company Quality Audit System.

Duties and Responsibilities :


  1. Develop annual Quality Audit plan relevant to all aspects of Company approvals.
  2. Continuous assessment of Audit findings to establish areas of high risk and provide feedback to the management.
  3. Provide proactive assessment and identification of risk based on Audits & Surveillance findings.
  4. Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments to ensure on time and correct closure of Audit findings.
  5. Carry out Audits, with other assigned QA staff, and provide guidance and evaluation of the performance of audits.
  6. Compile monthly Audit & Surveillance reports to the management.
  7. Monitor the raised technical occurrences and conduct risk assessment for assigning necessary investigations and follow up investigations output and recommended actions.
  8. Participate in Investigations and investigation analysis whenever required.
  9. Participate in relevant Management meetings to highlight areas for improvements.

10.  Continuous development of customised Audits & Surveillance checklist based on previous Audits, Surveillance, Investigations findings, analysis of customer feedback, etc.


Qualifications:


-       Aeronautical Engineering or related degree ( preference for mechanical and propulsion) 

 -       Excellent English command, Report Writing and Communication Skills

 

 -       Computer literate.


Knowledge, skills and Experience :


-       Recognised Audit training, preference for lead auditor training. 

-       Recognised Investigation techniques training (e.g Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PFMEA, MEDA,..) 

-       Recognised Risk Assessment/Risk Management training 

-       Extensive knowledge of relevant Aviation Regulations, Aviation Audit Techniques & Quality standards.

-       Knowledge of network Quality Auditing Programs such as Q-Pulse is preferable

-       Minimum 7 years of Aviation Maintenance related experience.

5 years minimum experience in Aircraft/Engine Maintenance Quality Audits and investigations
