PRIMARY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager
required for support function within the KBRWYLE contracted NAVAIR Program, in supports
the US NAVY PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G program. Responsibilities include personnel management
of multiple personnel and accountability of assigned personnel tasks/ workforce
authorization per contract Statement Of Work (SOW) paragraphs. Manage exempt level employees and nonexempt
employees directly or through Program Manager (PM). Assist with budget monitoring, reporting
project status and plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of the assigned
project. Assist with Program Planning,
Control, and other functional groups and resolves any issues regarding program
planning. Manage documentation of employee’s
work hours, approval of time off, monthly status reporting, establishing
position description for new or replacement personnel hires. Conduct employee’s performance
reviews/feedback and perform counseling of personnel when required. Attend project manager’s required meetings,
training and job fair’s. Provide status
and recommendations to the PM, regarding the projects personnel and
management items. Interface with the Government customers on
supported positions. Oversee and approve personnel for travel to ensure
support of all tasks. Provide guidance to direct reports on
technical and administrative matters.
Participate in the development of SOWs, Ruff Order Magnitude (ROM’s),
Course Of Actions (COA’s) and proposals related to the assigned contract/project.
Ensure customer receives quality support
by open communication, periodically contact with customers to gain feedback on
provided support. Execute the assigned
program quality management systems and support the compliance of ISO
requirements. Manage all required
deliverables on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Responsible for employee development,
evaluations, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Bachelor’s
Degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent
experience. 10 years’ experience in technical program planning and
implementation, contract interpretation budget development and administration
of government projects.
