In your role, you will:

- Coordinate the work load and supervise a team of 5-6 people,
- Coordinate the month-end process and related variance analysis,
- Consolidate the monthly financial governance of a manufacturing site,
- Track and analyze actuals and forecasts related to headcount and general expenses,
- Analyze production hours for the final assembly line,
- Understand and analyze the over/under applied of overhead and support and recommend actions to management,
- Take charge of the budgeting, strat plan and quarterly forecasting processes,
- Support the direction on workforce planning activities,
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance,
- You hold an accounting title (CPA : CA, CMA, CGA) or an equivalent experience,
- You have more than five years of experience – experience in supervision an asset,
- You are known for your innovation and impact and influence skills,
- You show team leadership, efficient communication and coaching,
- You possess skills to use MS Office and SAP,
- You are bilingual (English & French).
