It also allows us to better align our talent and internal operations to improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

The SI&OP Manager [SM] plays an essential role in driving enterprise-wide change and delivering results from Policy Deployment priorities that enable Triumph to fulfill the CEO’s strategic imperatives of delivering on commitments, generating predictable profitability, and driving organic growth. The SM will lead the development and maturity of the Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning Process across the entire TGI enterprise. The SM will be responsible for developing and improving processes that ensure enterprise-level alignment between financial plans, customer demand, and operations plans across multiple sites and through their supply chains to deliver strong operational performance. It is critical that the SI&OP Manager has outstanding subject matter expertise along with change management and communication skills to proactively drive SI&OP maturity plans, KPI’s, risk mitigation, communication of successes and working collaboratively across TGI.

The SI&OP Manager will be expected to achieve a number of specific objectives for the next 18+ months including the following:

* Work closely with the Operating Companies (OpCo’s) and their respective sites to develop site level SI&OP processes, related maturity plans, and improve SI&OP integration at all levels of the organization
* Act as the functional leader for SI&OP; responsible for talent development (ex. Subject Matter Experts), process & tool development, data integration, and Standard Work
* Lead multi-level SI&OP reviews, including ad hoc reviews at the senior leadership level when required
* Collaborate with Finance, Contracts/Programs, Materials Management, Supply Chain and Operations to validate demand and ensure fundamental alignment with available capacity and supply chain delivery at each operating location
* Develop successful facilitation and review agendas to help drive discussion in regular check-ins with project leads, including proactive identification of key issues and offering appropriate support, coaching and risk mitigation approaches
* Surface issues and risks from all assigned initiatives/projects and recommend solutions to local site leadership and business functions
* Provide & co-ordinate SWAT-level support (e.g., analytical surge or operational resources) to initiatives, as necessary
* Conduct ad hoc analyses and build presentation materials to support regular Triumph Transformation Team (T3) meetings and other Senior Leadership Team and BoD updates
* Identify lower performance levels; participate in affecting corrective action

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
* APICS or ISM certification preferred (ex. CPIM, or CPSM)
* 5+ years of experience in operations management, program /project management, production planning or other professional experience related to a key SI&OP process stakeholder
* Experience in aircraft parts or service industry preferred
* Broad technical understanding of Best Practices for SI&OP processes, implementation, and development sufficient to be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and develop similar expertise in others.
* Demonstrated experience in distributed project management and deployment of enterprise-wide initiatives
* Knowledgeable in application of Lean principles, tools and processes; solid practitioner of DMAIC approach to problem solving.
* Proficient working knowledge of the structure & mechanics of ERP/MRP platforms and their related planning parameters and reporting features.
* Working knowledge of Business Finance including key performance and financial metrics for aerospace industry
