Revenue Management Operations Research Specialist Qatar Airways Doha
About Your Job
As RM Operations Research Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Research Revenue Management Team and be involved in the different projects and activities of the Team.
In this role you will deploy statistical models to ensure successful delivery of processes and technology; you will also research, analyse and recommend new methods/industry trends to continuously enhance and upgrade system capabilities to suit Revenue Management business objectives; you will also support the Manager RM Operations Research with the execution and implementation of system development initiatives.
About You
A successful candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Science, Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of working experience in operations research and statistical modelings.
It is essential the knowledge of revenue management theory, its application and technology. You must have good knowledge of Airline RM systems such as PROS and proficiency in SQL, SAS etc.
You need to be able to identify how systems can be used to improve performance of the department and how to create and define processes to support systems in use. You must have strong project management, analytical, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
