Reporting to the Technical Services Systems and Reliability Manager, the Reliability Analyst is responsible for assisting the Jet2.com Reliability Team with extracting and analysing aircraft fleet reliability data. This job plays a vital role in supporting the Jet2.com Reliability Programmes and producing mandatory Reliability Reports.

You will extract data for use in the reporting of aircraft technical performance, which will be analysed and presented to the Reliability Team to support the monthly Jet2.com Reliability Review Board Meetings. This involves Technical Delay Database administration to support the monitoring of the Technical Dispatch Reliability (TDR).

Aircraft system and component performance statistics will be analysed to support the on-going Reliability Programmes, ensuring safe and reliable fleet operation. This data is also provided to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), such as Boeing, which is utilized during the development stages of new aircraft technology. In addition, you will maintain regular correspondence with Maintenance Repair Organisations (MROs) regarding analytical queries related to component removal data. There is also a requirement to attend worldwide conferences and meetings with the Reliability Engineers to ensure the airline is kept up-to-date with component modification bulletins and regulatory information.

The successful candidate will have experience within an Aviation or Engineering role, however, candidates demonstrating strong data analytical backgrounds may also be considered. You will have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving, both of which will be demonstrated through your strong presentation skills. You will also possess strong IT skills, of which an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desired.
