Regional Sales Manager (Aviation training)- EMEAAR South of the UK - 12 month Contract

Aviation / Aerospace sales opportunity. As the key new Regional Sales Manager contact for this established company you will be given the autonomy to develop company sales & marketing strategy, identifying opportunities as well as bringing new core business to the company.
You will be selling Technical training services to pilots and technicians/Licensed engineers. Selling systems intregration courses to people that can support Aircraft when there is an issue.

Responsibilities:

Achieve individual sales target
Professionally promote training products (web, email, phone, referrals)
Proactively manage your sales territory to generate new business leads and develop existing relationships.
Proactively convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals and events
Work with sales support team and product team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
Ensure all enquiries are managed through CRM system (SALESFORCE)
You should be confident with presentations, project and account management, reporting and have a proven track record of developing customer relationships within Aviation

The regional Sales Manager will be targeted on growing revenue by 50% in your 1st year selling courses and training services.

You will be covering Europe/Middle east/Asia/and Russia.

It is essential that you have a solid technical understanding of Aircraft Maintenance

You will be working closely with Field Sales representatives who will provide you with industry knowledge/attend trade shows and event promoting training services.

You will also coordinate the training with the training schedulers.

Suitable candidates will be required to build day to day pipeline using SALESFORCE management tool.

All skill levels considered as a junior you should have some experience and understanding of aircraft maintenance, exceptional people and communication skills and a desire to forge a career in sales, as a senior you should have a solid understanding of strategic sales structure and planning as well as proven sales account management.
Ideal candidate:
MRO sales person/OEM experience/Corporate Jet Market /Commercial Jet Market training experience
Prior knowledge of Sales Operating plans.
Confident and creative to meet sales targets.
Client focussed, understanding the value of long-term client relationships
Excellent communicator
Hunter attitude/ flair for building rapport and developing new business over the telephone and face to faceProficient with IT and CRM systems
Motivated by the challenge to continually learn and develop their knowledge with the ability and interest to develop an understanding of products and services.
