Position Summary:

The Recruiting Assistant is a support role for various administrative functions and projects within the Recruiting Department. Customer service, communication, and strong computer skills are necessary.

Essential functions:

1. Assist with and/or manage projects in the department.

2. Assist with applicant scheduling as well as travel logistics and arrangements

3. Ensure candidates files are accurate and complete

4. Schedule and track CTP course participants

5. Assist with PRIA compliance inquiries to FAA and other entities

6. Audit files for accuracy and completion and follow up with applicants

7. Excel tracking and report generation for senior management.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

General Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age

2. Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work);

3. Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken

4. Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills

5. High level customer service skills

6. Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

7. Strong focus of confidentiality and sensitive data

8. Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

9. Office Management skills/experience are preferred.

10. Previous experience or education in Human Resources preferred.
