Quick Reaction Test Task Manager and Test Engineer - 1078943

The
selected candidate will serve as the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Quick Reaction Test (QRT) Task Manager and Test Engineer for a contractor team that
will provide support services for the Integration of small Unmanned Aircraft
System into Joint Airspace (sUAS) QRT.
The sUAS QRT will develop and validate airspace control tactics,
techniques, and procedures (TTP) to allow sUAS to be more effectively
integrated into joint airspace. Task Manager duties will include coordination
with the KBRwyle JT&E Program Manager, leadership and oversight of a small
contractor team, direct day-to-day liaison and coordination with the government
test director and other stakeholders, coordination of contractor team
activities, and development of required QRT deliverables. Test Engineer duties
will include providing research, test design and analysis planning using
advanced systems engineering principles and statistical methods, exercise
planning and QRT detailed test plan development. CONUS travel may be
required. The QRT will be located at Marine
Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron One (VMX-1), MCAS, Yuma, AZ.

Qualifications

Requirements

This position requires a Master’s
Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 12
years of experience. The selected candidate must have demonstrated leadership
experience and detailed knowledge of and experience with Test and Evaluation
(T&E) including test design and statistical analysis. The candidate must be
proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office family of software including MS
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicant selected may be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information.

Preferred Skills

Support experience with previous
JT&E projects is highly desired. Operations Research and System Analysis
(ORSA) degree/training or completion of a Service-Accredited Operations
Research course is desired. Previous experience with TTP development and/or sUAS
operations is desired.
