As a Quality Leader - Supplier Improvement, you will be working closely with the Supplier Intelligence, Risk and Performance Improvement teams, as well as Suppliers and Supply chain Managers.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop and operate in an atmosphere that is unlike any other. The Submarine Supply Chain has significant opportunity to make a positive difference on the whole boat programme and this role will be at the forefront of this development.

Your main responsibilities as a Quality Leader - Supplier Improvement will involve:

Understanding performance areas of the submarine Supply Chain (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People).

Using data analysis techniques to define improvement opportunity using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound) actions.

Leading the Supplier improvement activity using good practice standard methods ensuring that progress is regularly reported to stakeholders. Working within, facilitating and leading projects involving multifunctional teams, focused on delivering supplier improvements.

Demonstrating tangible improvements in performance through effective data analysis.

Analysis of Supplier inputs and outputs that are impacting of supplier quality and delivery performance.

Must be eligible to obtain full Security Clearance.
