Oaklands Global is currently recruiting a Quality Engineer on behalf of our Commercial Aviation client based in the Netherlands.
This is a permanent position.
As Quality Engineer you’ll be assisting the Quality Director in all quality- and compliance related needs of the business. The Quality Director is primarily based in England; therefore, you’ll be the Quality representation within the company on daily basis.
Tasks and responsibilities
- To review Quality issues and compose solutions together with Group QA and Operations
- Maintain an accurate Capability list register
- Maintain an accurate register of Equivalent Tooling Reports, ensuring a full record is available in accordance with the MOE
- Maintain an accurate register of approved suppliers and to diarise and request the submission of updated approval certificates
- Give guidance to Operations with regard to applicable regulations in the development and improvement of procedures and work instructions
- To complete all Internal audits that are assigned in the annual Audit schedule
- To carry out Human Factor and other QA or Compliance related training sessions for new starters and regular refresher training for all personnel when competent with regulation
