In your role, you will:

- Put in place and manage performance of continuous improvement projects related to quality within manufacturing and assembly environments of parts and components destined for business and commercial aircraft.
- Manage the deployment of new quality processes with the collaboration of operations team members
- Conduct analysis and propose solutions related to the quality of product and process.
- Collaborate with the Core Quality Expertise team members to support projects involving other departments such as Tooling, Methods and Engineering

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have 10 years of technical experience in aerospace industry
- You have knowledge of:
- Bombardier specifications such as BAPS, BAMS, EMCM-001
- Manufacturing processes related to composite, machining, sheet metal and surface treatment
- You demonstrate strong skills in leadership, initiative as well as teamwork, are organized and able to work under pressure.
- You are an able communicator. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
