Job Role:

Excel are currently working with a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul of aviation safety equipment based in Europe to source a Quality Assurance Manager on a permanent basis.

This position will require the successful candidate to maintain and improve the Quality Management System of the company, ensuring that the company remains compliant with the relevant regulations.  utilising internal audits and offering support to the operational teams, you will take a lead role in improvement and championing of quality standards.

Some of the responsibilities will be details as:

• Active engagement in continuous improvement activities
• Induction and training of all personnel in quality related topics
• Identification of risk
• Creation and maintenance of the audit schedule

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in QA ideally from within a technical or engineering based industry with a strong working knowledge of EASA Part 145, 21G, FAR145 and TCCA regulations.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
