Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager

We are delighted to be working alongside our client to recruit a Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager to be based in Switzerland.

As a Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager you should have an excellent level of communication with both internal and external bodies, be keen to assume responsibility and with a good level of assertiveness. A level-headed personality is a must, as is perseverance to ensure that you can keep an overview of every situation, even during hectic times. Experience in Helicopters a distinct advantage.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance of the EASA Part-145 maintenance organization with EASA and FAA requirements
  • Setup the QMM for EASA ATO in the position as Compliance Monitoring Manager and establish adequate system to monitor compliance of the EASA ATO organisation
  • Implementation of an adequate quality assurance and quality audit program
  • Organisation of audit reports, ensuring that any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of the person concerned, requesting remedial and corrective action as necessary
  • Establishing regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to appraise the effectiveness of the quality system. This will include details of any reported discrepancy not being adequately addressed by the relevant person or in respect of any disagreement concerning the nature of a discrepancy

 

Requirements:

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in aviation QM
  • Fluency in English and German will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of EASA Part-145, FAA Part-145 and EASA ATO -  helicopter CAMO experience will be an advantage
  • ISO 19011 education for auditing
  • Willingness to travel
