Job Role:
Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is a Centre of excellence for Aviation Training in the Middle East, based in Doha, Qatar. QAC currently delivers approved EASA B1, B2 and A1.1 License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses as well as ATSEP Ground Avionics courses. QAC also delivers courses in Pilot Training (MPL, PPL & ATPL), ATC, Meteorology (MET) and Airport Operations Management (AOM).
QAC invites professionals meeting the following requirements to join our team for the position of;
Quality & Safety Manager
Minimum qualifications and experience required are:

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Aviation or related field
- Must be a holder of Pilot License
- Successfully completed an IRCA certified Quality Audit course
- Must have successfully completed Safety Management System (SMS) course
- At least 10 years of industry experience working in an Aviation industry preferably in Pilot Training,
- Airline or Aircraft operation with minimum 3 years’ of managerial work experience
- Excellent organization, communication, computer operations, leadership and team building skills are required.
