WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO IN THIS CRITICAL ROLE:

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is actively looking for an outstanding, outbound-oriented Product Marketing professional with the experience, creativity, drive and experience to help revolutionize the Cloud-based SaaS portfolio. This is a very hands-on, multi-faceted, and dynamic position.

A successful candidate will bring a passion for technology services, strong business acumen and judgment, ability to define visionary, ground breaking products, desire to have an industry wide impact and ability to work within a fast-moving environment in a large company to rapidly deliver services that have a broad business impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE:

* Work with product management to create core messaging and positioning around current and upcoming product capabilities focused on user experience, insights and outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to take new capabilities to market
* Evangelize PAC’s SaaS portfolio through scalable technical product marketing and communication programs
* Develop compelling materials to market our innovation, infrastructure, architecture, roadmap, applications, processes, security, and reliability – across all software products
* Create collateral, including white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
* Influence customer programs to optimize adoption of current and new product features.
* Be a strong advocate & evangelist for PAC’s emerging SaaS solutions in industry forums/events/conferences, Analyst Relation activities, etc.
* Work with the sales & sales enablement teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of product and value proposition enablement
* Support strategic sales activities directly with the sales team, bringing your subject matter expertise, creativity and innovation to sales cycles
* Support the education and training of partners on the positioning of your product set
* Work closely with the account teams and marketing to help cultivate customer stories and value testimonials
* Build strong relationships across PAC functional and regional teams in order to drive product awareness and adoption

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

* Extensive experience of related product marketing and/or solution marketing; Cloud/IoT SaaS experience is a must, and some background in Machine Learning and AI applications desirable
* Experience in marketing and communicating core technologies and SaaS portfolio to internal and external audience
* Expertise and a proven track record successfully marketing business applications a must have; SaaS experience highly desirable
* Experience building, driving and executing strategy across multiple product lines against defined revenue goals
* Strong affinity for metrics and a bias toward data-driven decision making
* Hands-on ability to create a range of product marketing assets (presentations, web content, campaigns, media, etc)
* Proven track record of successful product launches
* Proven track record participating and influencing key analysts and others in the enterprise software community
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated excellence in writing clear, concise, and well-organized marketing tools
* Demonstrated credibility and experience in public speaking role; possesses solid presentation skills
* Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced cloud group

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* BA/BS degree
* Good understanding of data management, big data, cloud and IoT software business
* Proven successful experience collaborating with sales teams and partners
* 5+ years of direct experience in a Product Marketing role for a B2B or B2B2C SaaS technology company
* Experience working various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
* Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy

OTHER EXPERIENCE

* MBA degree, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in B2B2C product marketing and experience with APIs
* Ability to travel, up to 25%, as needed for customer events, conferences, etc..
