As a member of the AG Electronics Assembly & Test Team, you will perform at various levels of responsibility and accountability on complex components and assemblies supporting assembly, test, repair and overhaul activity as follows:
· Perform assembly, test and inspection in support of product delivery requirements
· Perform simple support processes within the functional dept.
· Understand and practice teaming concepts
· Read and interpret team performance metrics
· Understand and perform individual administrative responsibilities
· Perform activities to accomplish daily delivery schedule priorities
· Understand and support team/company initiatives
· Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Participate in peer evaluation process
· Participate in process improvements
You’ll need…
· High School Diploma or formal training equivalency with 5 years related experience in a related technical field or 3 years of directly related experience;
OR
· Two year Technical Degree plus 2 year of directly related experience;
OR
· Four year technical degree plus 2 years of directly related experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· The ability to work well in a team-based environment.
