Job Summary

Directs development of company market requirements for Corporate Aircraft Service Program (CASP) warranty solutions. This includes development of market strategies, requirements analysis, and content & collateral creation.

Leads development and execution of Marketing Plans and CASP positioning in the marketplace. Skilled use of CRM tool to mine leads and create effective campaigns that drive sales growth.

As a Subject Matter Expert, a keen understanding of customer value drivers and how they align with CASP coverage for maximum market adoption, is expected. This includes gathering and disseminating competitive intelligence to the sales team, as well as utilizing this intelligence to drive CASP enhancements.

In conjunction with Corporate Business Communications, leads the development and execution of the annual communications plan including budgets, branding, advertising, trade shows, collateral, digital strategies and content equity.

Provides technical assistance and marketing support to the sales organization in Pursuit Order Capture activities.

Directs the development of company market requirements for highly technical and complex products, systems and solutions. This includes the development of product, systems and solution based strategies, requirements analysis, and "Real, win, worth" analysis. Leads the development and execution of Marketing Plans and product / system / solution positioning in the marketplace. Supports LCVS business plan development and execution. Reduces broad concepts and strategic initiatives into Marketing Plans, additionally identifies strategic inflection points in the market place for core and non-traditional business initiatives. In conjunction with Corporate Business Communications, leads the development and execution of the annual communications plan including budgets, branding, advertising, trade shows, collateral, web strategies and content equity. Provides technical assistance and marketing support to the sales organization in Pursuit Order Capture activities.

* Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for the capture of new Domestic and/or International business opportunities that leveraging cross enterprise Rockwell Collins core competencies.

* Identify and bring forward teaming and/or acquisition recommendations that support the goals and objectives of the businesses Strategic and Financial Plan.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree six years of related experience

Ability to manage complex projects from inception through execution in a broad cross-function matrixed organization.

*

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and mastery of PowerPoint

*

Strong communication skills – oral and written

Preferred Qualifications

*

Passion for business aviation, with knowledge of aircraft types, flight operations concepts & technologies, and business models in the segment

*

Qualitative and quantitative market research experience

*

Digital marketing experience, including tracking and interpreting web traffic and other digital metrics
