We are currently searching for a Principal Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Crawley, West Sussex.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing support the EMEA sales team to resolve customer technical sales queries and support the EMEA technical support team. Conduct meetings with peers and Senior Management,represent Service Operations Support or Business Unit Area in cross-functional initiatives and refine processes to deliver better customer service and optimize resources throughout the enterprise. Provide needed test equipment and/or technical guidance to support capability restoration.

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical training for operator/Crew/charter company/MROs

Technical sales support for EMEA sales team

Tiers 3 support to the EMEA tech support team

Understand/collect customer MIRs (most important requirements).

Presentation at events

Pushing ARINCDirect products to MROs and end customers

Liaison between commercial and business aviation services and product

Managing EMEA reseller relationship

Lead/support other project as required

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience of customer service, field service, or technical sales experience related to business aviation and/or avionics systems installed on aircraft.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively with external customers, internal technical personnel, and senior management.

Experience in aircraft completions, service centers or avionics technician with an authorized service center or repair facility.

Possess an existing working knowledge of Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect services and support systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience creating and presenting sales initiatives to customers

Possess demonstrated skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
