This a unique opportunity for an experienced Planning Manager to join a growing UK operator who have a very dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for setting up new process and procedures and developing the planning department within both EASA Part 145 and Part M. The department currently consists of 9 planning engineers across both disciplines. You and your team are accountable for the planning support of the operation.

You will have had a successful career in planning to date and have strong managerial experience. Ideally you will have been involved in restructuring or setting up a planning department although extensive experience in a well established department would be considerable.

Key skills and experience required as Planning Manager:

• Previous Planning Management experience
• Experience managing personell
• Knowledge on technical records
• Ability to operation a number of airline operating systems
• Ability to take on new challenges and promote and excute change in the business
• Awareness of regulatiosn and airworthienss requirements
• Great communication skills
