Morson are currently looking for an experienced pattern maker/CNC machinist for our client based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Working as part of a small team, with a proven background in engineering you will be producing Patterns and product from CAD data both 2D and 3D using 3 and 5 axis CNC routers.
Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL control experience would be an advantage but training would be given.
Familiarity with CNC pattern machining operations, you will be producing fully finished patterns, the ability to visualise and produce patterns for the manufacturing requirements of composite tooling is preferred.
Pattern block preparation and post-machining preparation required.
Construction of Flat Panel assembly
Inspection processes and experience with Power inspect software would be an advantage.
Preparation of limited production assemblies, various materials, castings, RTV tooling etc.

This will be a long term contract with potential to go permanent. There is also up to 50 hours a week available.
