Zenon Aviation Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fast-growing Helicopter operation based in Buckinghamshire which is currently in a period of rapid expansion. They are looking for an Operations Controller/Administrator with a bias towards rotary aircraft to join their growing company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Aviation Enthusiast who is looking to start a career within the industry with development and training provided.
Working closely with the Operations Management and company Directors to manage a number of rotary aircraft and deliver an outstanding luxury service to a number of VIP, high profile individuals and organisations.
Responsibilities:-
• Delivering exceptional customer service to VVIP, high profile clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Liaising and coordinating with the relevant internal departments to organize logistics to meet client requirements
• Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and an outstanding luxury customer experience
• Assisting with administration and inputting post-flight data as required
• Administration and relevant management of a number of rotary aircraft, including flight planning, flight dispatch etc.
Minimum Skills and Experience:-
• Passion for Aviation
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to communicate at a high level with high net worth individuals and other VVIP clients
• Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritise time
• Ability to work under pressure to a high standard
• Previous Aviation experience would be advantageous
