Role Purpose
To effectively compiling documents require for operations aircraft and aircraft redelivery satisfying end of lease requirement and agreement
Key Accountabilities
1) Ensuring documents are presentable and in a readily hand-over and acceptable manner and condition for vetting in order to meet the technical requirements.
2) To effectively do planning functions on aircraft redelivery checks inducted into KLIA maintenance hangar whilst ensuring compliance to relevant Aviation Authorities requirements and at optimum utilization of resources and to provide in timely manner.
3) Search and retrieve all DFP (dirty finger prints) from checks packages from the time aircraft inducted into the system.
4) Consolidation and finalized of Log books, Technical Logs, Component change tasks, all ARCs including extract all Modifications, SBs and AD tasks.
5) The document readiness will allow both parties to evaluate condition of the aircraft and identify the gaps and redelivery issues as required by the Lease agreement in an orderly and organised manner.
Qualification & Experience
SPM with at least 2-3 years working experience in End of Lease/ Redelivery activities and involvement with Aircraft Records is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
1) Ability to understand aircraft Technical terms and understand engineering documents including aircraft Manuals and Company Procedures.
2) Knowledge Technical Documentations software including Microsoft Excel/Words, PDF Editor and Microsoft Project for Project Management
3) Ability to communicate with representatives
4) Familiar with aircraft type and aircraft maintenance program
