Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for an OD Practitioner based in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park at the Comair Head Office. The OD Practitioner is responsible for implementing and executing organisational development practices and processes that unlock potential, enhance productivity and enable a high performing culture that supports organisational objectives.

Key Performance Areas • To implement and consult on performance management practice
• To implement and execute career management processes, practices and initiatives
• To implement and execute talent management initiatives
• To compile job profiles and to give advice to Management with regard to profiling of positions
• To participate in any culture and engagement survey process within the business
• To build and maintain Stakeholder relationships

Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• Honours in Industrial Psychology/Human Behaviour/HRM degree (Essential)
• Registered Psychometrist/ Student Psychologist with HPCSA (Desirable)
• 2 years’ experience in Organisational Development (Essential)
• Talent Management with 1-year exposure in one of the following functions (Essential): Psychometric Assessments, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Management, Succession Management, Organisational Design
• Consulting Skills
• Coaching skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Facilitation skills
• Job analysis skills
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Organisational Development theories and principles
• Knowledge of integrated Talent management practices
• Knowledge of relevant employee legislation (e.g. EE)
