KBRwyle is seeking a Missile Warning SME to support USSTRATCOM J31 Missile Analysis support contract at Peterson AFB, CO. Candidate will support exercise development of MW analytical standards and performance tracking for use in studies, analysis, and exercises in the development and evaluation of current and future operational MW Systems which includes assisting with the following: MW data collection (tactical and strategic) for incorporation into MW databases, exercises, analysis, and reports; MW database management for tactical and strategic events, exercises, and analysis; MW analysis and reporting of launch events (500 or more annually) to include developing Quick Look, Measures of Effectiveness, and monthly summary reports. Prepare and present reports and briefings for the MW COI Forum, TES CCB, ITW/AA OAB, PWG, and other designated forums; Develop final reports, briefings, and reviews to support exercises, analytical outcomes and study results including constructing spreadsheets and databases (convertible to graphical displays where appropriate) that itemize, accumulate, aggregate, and summarize analysis results.

Qualifications

10 years’ experience in Missile Warning policy and operations to include: Strategic Missile Warning (SMW), Theater Missile Warning (TMW), and Shared Early Warning System (SEWS). 10 years of relevant experience supporting MW including experience with the technical and operational evolution and capabilities for each of the following mission areas: SMW; TMW; and SEWS. Ability to brief groups/senior leaders, work seamlessly with MW, Missile Defense (MD), and SEWS partners. Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office products including, specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required for this position.
