Marenco Swisshelicopter AG is a young and innovative Aviation Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter. The Marenco Swisshelicopter Group has more than 230 employees at locations in Switzerland and Germany. The first flight of SKYe SH09 was performed in October 2014 and the start of the serial production is planned in 2018.


Your responsibilities:
  • Technical responsibility for the development of complex helicopter systems, including coordination of the activities for certification of components/systems for the drive train systems
  • Preparation of test plans for mechanical components/systems for SKYe SH09 project
  • Prepare, check and release design data for suppliers and production
  • Support production line and external suppliers during product serialization phase
  • Write and review technical documentation for product development and certification
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Prepare and review test documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities
  • Support certification planning of the drive train team


      
Your qualifications:
  • A degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with mechanical systems design, structural design, or similar
  • Experience with coordination of development projects
  • Experience with qualification of aerospace systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills, self-driven attitude and the ability to work to fixed Deadlines
