Oaklands Executive Search are currently looking to recruit a Managing Director of Aircraft Leasing to join a reputable client on a permanent basis based in Europe.

We are looking to hear from people who are highly ambitious and have a good knowledge and understanding of the aircraft leasing market trends.

 

** Salary & Package is dependent on experience **

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop the existing business in place
• Create and develop new business utilising your knowledge of the market
• Advise and consult on where the business should focus within the leasing market
• Direct on which aircraft and products to sell and where.
• Review the current business and assets and consult on what needs to be changed or removed from the current business portfolio

 

To be considered for the role you must:

• Aircraft leasing or sales experience
• Ideally knowledge of the aircraft leasing market
• Strong financial & commercial business acumen
• Previously assisted in the growth and development of an organisation
• Ability to grow the businesses international client portfolio
• Have an entrepreneurial approach whilst being highly ambitious and self-motivated
• Managed a team
• The knowledge and ability to discuss financial matters with banks
