Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: MBA - HR from a premium B-school

Responsibilities:

* Salary & Allowances Benchmarking - Engineering, Cabin Crew, Pilots, Front line and Corporate Staff
* Annual Increments Framework Design & Execution
* Working knowledge on Corporate Level Benefits & Perquisites
* Designing/Redesigning Components of Salary Structure for different skill set such as Cabin Crew, Pilots, Engineering, Front line and Corporate Staff
* Design of Incentive Programs (Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives, Performance Linked Incentives and Variable Performance Pay)
* Job Evaluation (Prior knowledge of Mercer IPE methodology/ framework preferred)
* Designing annual Hiring Tables for Recruitment Team
* Other Compensation/Benefits related to Division Level Interventions
