Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of selection and recruitment for pilot and flight attendant recruitment, which includes creating the foundation for internal recruiting operations, driving the increase in applicants and hiring while driving a decreasing time to fill positions. The manager will also lead the recruiting team ensuring and driving their success.

* Work with the leadership team to develop the overall recruitment strategy for Piedmont Airlines
* Work closely with team members to develop, implement and execute the pilot and flight attendant recruitment strategy
* Provide analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment activities and other feedback for continuous program development and improvement
* Creatively source and identify new media of marketing, job posting placement advertising to recruit and drive the applicant pool
* Build relationships and partnerships with leaders in multiple departments to support the success of Flight Crew Recruitment
* Provide training to recruitment staff on goals, expectations, conduct, responsibilities and communications to ensure program continuity and consistency in delivery
* Communicate projected recruiting goals to internal and external teams
* Manage, schedule and coordinate events for recruitment team
* Base location is flexible
* Travel: 20-30%

Position Requirements/Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience recruiting
* FAA Pilot Certificate
* Proven organizational and time management skills
* Strong presentation skills, comfortable communicating with various audience sizes
* Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
* Possess the legal right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of pilot career pathways and hiring programs
* At least 2 years of work experience in aviation
* ATP or CFI Rating
* Understanding of 121 pilot hiring requirements
* Human Resources Certification
