AMTES GmbH is a growing MRO, providing maintenance for Airbus 320, Boeing 737-CL, 737-NG, 747-400, 747-8F, and 777 as well as AN-124 and IL-76 aircrafts with branches at Airport Leipzig/Halle (LEJ) and Frankfurt/Main (FRA). Maintenance Coordinator (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- communicate with AMTES departments, line stations and with customers
- assist in coordination/planning of maintenance checks
- track the technical aircraft status and check Progress
- take necessary action for technical customer requests
- production planning of maintenance work package, including all supporting maintenance data, associated forms and documents required for scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance Inputs
- place external orders to sub-contractors as needed for maintenance activities
- reviewing task cards for parts, tools and required skills
- assign customer work package to maintenance department and line stations
- control work packages issued to maintenance, including maintenance records of all work cards issued and returned
- create and record WRS, provided applicable data to customer
- produce statistical data reports (daily, weekly, monthly and on request by management)
- plan, control and review ground time and hangar entries of aircrafts
Your skills
- very good communication skills in English language
- high awareness of customer needs
- mature and stress resistant
- ability to work independently and in Teams
- able to prioritize workload
- willingness to work in shifts
Your qualifications
- proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Production Planner or Production Controller or similar role
- EASA PART 66 education
- Part 145 planning experience
- demonstrable experience in computer literacy
- a thorough understanding of aircraft and their Systems
- experience in working with maintenance and manufacturer data
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Germany
- Driving License
