Our Lead Generation, Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating analytics, detecting trends, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at converting leads supporting sales growth initiatives.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree - preferred in Marketing or Ophthalmics
• Experience with lead-management using CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.com
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to provide both Sales Opportunity Funnel Growth & Sales Growth
• Experience with refraction and Ophthalmic Instruments preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
• Depew, NY siting preferred; no relocation program
