We are looking for an enthusiastic highly skilled person to join our innovation team as a project coordinator. You will help identify, promote and coordinate the implementation of innovation projects by inspiring new ideas and ways of working with teams of people from around the business. You will have a track record of working with teams and will have the ability to motivate and encourage others through change. Your approach to work will be very open minded and inquisitive. You are always looking for new ways to tackle issues and have the courage to step outside the norm to float an idea or share your views, no matter how controversial they may seem. You are a challenger who recognises that in business the status quo is more dangerous than exploring the unknown.

The innovation team works closely with other departments around the business, a typical week would include:

• Arranging and chairing meetings or sensing sessions with project teams
• Coordination of tasks and preparation work for promotion activities
• Developing business cases
• Data collection and analysis
• Working with external suppliers and partners
• Researching technology and new concepts
• Ensuring awareness of projects around the business through regular and varied methods of communication
